The 14th (Chengdu) Rubber and Packaging Industry Exhibition in 2020 kicked off from September 17-19 at the New International Expo Center in Chengdu Century City. The 3day exhibition venue brings professional visitors from Sichuan.

The second generation vacuum feeding machine newly developed this year, as the main product of the material conveying system, can achieve ultra high output conveying, ultra long distance conveying, and ultrafine micron level powder conveying, solving the problem of the modified plastic industry being unable to transport special materials such as graphite and carbon black, allowing customers to truly feel the strength and charm of Oulongyu's independent research and development. The F-type weightlessness scale with a high precision resolution of 1/15000 adopts dual PID regulation and is equipped with a 32speed microchip controller, achieving a feeding accuracy of 0.2%, providing another excellent choice for precision measurement and uniform feeding in modified plastic enterprises.


As early as the summer of 2019, Oulongyu successfully designed a modified plastic project for a 24 line metering feeding and conveying system for a certain enterprise in Sichuan. Since the project acceptance for one year, it has been running well and the output has met the design requirements. Sichuan is the production hub for modified plastics, second only to Guangdong, Jiangsu, and Shandong. At this exhibition, Oulongyu Technology hadface communication with more modified plastic enterprises in southern and western Sichuan, and conducted indepth discussions on the technical points of different material loading and transportation. This provided a reference and reference for possible cooperation models such as automated loading, metering, and fully enclosed and dust-free transportation.
